Led by Michele Crociani, a 20-year veteran of hospitality who held senior level global roles with progressive international organizations, Hospitality Alliance is a group made up of experts in different areas and geographies of the hospitality industry. HA will assign a dedicated team of experts who are committed to achieve maximum results for our clients.
Fedra Mainetti, Senior Consultant
Fedra has almost 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working for leading companies in senior roles spanning from Key Account Management to Business Development at a global scale. She can count on a solid network of top clients, from the most important global hotel chains to real estate developers, architects and design studios, thanks to the constant international presence and to a solution selling approach.

Tanya Ramolo, Consultant
Dion Bosch started his international career twenty two years ago in the (sub) flooring business, mainly developing sales in both the European retail & project market. From the early 2000s, he started to travel frequently to the Middle East, working for a technical window decoration company. More than a decade ago, he founded the Dutch Hospitality Suppliers Association. DHSA is a network of Dutch entrepreneurs all sharing their passion for the export business in global hospitality development. From 2007 to present day, he has been working mainly with OS&E products. Dion has built sales networks in EMEA, APAC, and North America as well as the fast growing Cruise Line industry. Dion is a true brand Ambassador.
Tanya Ramolo is our expert for North America, Italy and France - to date - she has never met a challenge she couldn’t tackle. She has a Master’s in Economics along with extensive experience from an array of industries like hospitality, FMCG and banking. Tanya always has a huge cloud of positivity and optimism around her, which we really like and enjoy. When she’s not busy hacking growth, she likes traveling around the globe, trying new tastes, listening to podcasts, learning about the world and volunteering.
